Lincoln Irving Expansion Project
After Spring Break, Lincoln Irving Students will relocate to the WIU-QC campus at 3300 River Drive, Buildings A and B. We will be providing transportation for students from WIU-QC to the Boys and Girls Clubs. This will occur until Lincoln Irving has completed their expansion project.
Blue Jeans for Blue Doors/Staff Training
Club will be closed on Thursday, May 14th for our Annual Blue Jeans for Blue Doors event. More information about this event here. We will also be closed on Friday, May 15th for Staff Training
Community Service Field Trip
Our Junior (Grades 4-6) and Teen Groups (Grades 7-12) will spend a day after school doing park cleanup for the city of Rock Island. If you would like your child to participate, please make sure you sign the permission slip that Gia will provide to you when you pick up your child.
Summer Membership Applications
Our Summer Registration is full at this time. If you know someone who may be interested in signing up for our Summer Program, they are able to add their child(ren) to our waitlist here: Membership Sign Ups
Extended Club Day
On Wednesday, May 6th, Moline School District has a Half-Day School Improvement Day. We will pick members up after school, but close at 4pm. Please let Gia know if your child will not be at club this day
Birthday Buddies!
Each month, a representative from BGCMV will volunteer their time to celebrate birthdays of our members! May Birthday date is TBD. Gia will reach out to all parents with an update ASAP.
Last Day of School Year Club
Our last day of School Year Club will be on Thursday, May 28th. We will celebrate with the members on this day!
