be a part of making every tomorrow something worth striving for.
From our passionate staff to our dedicated Board of Directors to our generous donors and volunteers, our mission is made possible by the people who offer their time, their talent, and their treasure to care for our Club Kids.
The contributions of our community are the foundation on which all of our success is built, and we are always looking for more people to join us in this work.
You’re invited to volunteer to come spend time with the kids, but if you’re short on time, we welcome your financial contribution. For the cost of eating out one meal each month, you can help create more opportunities for young people in our local community!

$600 Program: STEM Production-Animation Kit (Juniors & Teens)
The STEM Creators Kit engages students in hands-on, project-based learning by enabling them to create green-screen broadcasts, presentations, stopmotion animations, digital photography projects, videos, and 3D designs while exploring real-world STEAM concepts. These content creation tools help students develop critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and digital media skills. By working together to plan, build, and present projects, students become more engaged in learning, take greater ownership of their work, and strengthen the creativity and innovation skills needed for future academic and career success.

$650 Field Trip: Putnam Museum & Science Center Experience (All)
A field trip to the Putnam Museum and Science Center in Davenport provides an engaging educational experience that combines science, history, and cultural exploration. Funding would support admission costs, transportation, and educational materials for participant activities. Club members will explore interactive exhibits, learn about regional history, and participate in STEM-focused activities. This opportunity reinforces classroom learning while introducing youth to new subjects and career interests in science, technology, and museum studies.
-
$750 Program: Healthy Mind & Body (All)
This program would focus on promoting emotional wellness, stress management, and healthy lifestyle habits among Club members. $950 Field Trip: Waterpark Adventure (All)
Beyond the pure joy of the trip, an outdoor waterpark serves as a massive, interactive physics lab where students bring concepts like gravity, friction, and fluid dynamics to life through hands-on exploration. Navigating the park provides an incredible full-body workout that challenges gross motor skills, offers vital sensory integration, and a powerful mental health release from academic stress. Most importantly, this shared adventure fosters peer cooperation and leaves our members with lasting memories. Sponsorship of this field trip provides admission for 90+ kids, 12 staff, and transportation.

$1,100 Sponsorship Opportunity: Club T-Shirt Sponsor
Become a Boys & Girls Clubs of the Mississippi Valley T-Shirt Sponsor to help create a sense of belonging, unity, and pride among Club members while providing positive visibility for your business. A gift of $1,100 would provide branded Club T-shirts for approximately 105 youth participating in summer or school year programming. Club shirts help members feel connected to their peers, foster inclusion, and make youth easily identifiable during field trips and community service projects. Sponsorship recognition could include placement of your company’s logo on the shirt sleeve or back, offering ongoing community exposure as shirts are worn throughout the Quad Cities. This investment supports both youth engagement and safety while ensuring every child has a visible reminder that their community believes in their potential.

$1,300 Sponsorship Opportunity: Future Ready Teens
Teens are given the opportunity to connect with college and career fields, mentors, and real-world experiences that help them make informed decisions about their future. Through college visits, career tours, job-shadowing, guest speakers, and partnerships with local employers and educational institutions, teens gain valuable exposure to potential pathways while building essential life and workforce readiness skills such as résumé writing, interview preparation, financial literacy, scholarship and FAFSA guidance, professional communication, and goal setting. Sponsorship support helps provide the resources, transportation, and hands-on experience needed to empower local teens to become confident, career-ready adults.
